$100,000 Pyramid

Two contestants, each paired with a celebrity, attempt to guess a series of words or phrases based on descriptions given to them by their teammates. The team has 30 sec. to guess the answers after each round the team with the highest score face the Pyramid for their chance to win $100,000. Hosted by Dick Clark. (1985, S. 3)

The Newlywed Game

Newlywed husbands and wives take turns answering questions while their spouses are backstage. After answering, the spouses return and are asked the same questions, earning points if their answers match their spouse's. The couple that finishes with the most points wins a prize. Hosted by Bob Eubanks. (1996-1999, S. 3)

The Dating Game

The Dating Game TV  hosted by Brad Sherwood, where a contestant would ask a series of questions to three other contestants of the opposite sex. Then one of the three would be chosen to go out on a date. The questioner could not see their three potential dates, so appearance did not factor into the decision. (1996  S.1 )

Match Game 75

Hosted by Gene Rayburn A panel game-show that features two contestants attempting to match the answers of six celebrities in a game of fill-in-the-blank. (1975)

Let’s Make a Deal (1985)

Hosted by Monty Hall. Contestants dress in outrageous costumes and are randomly picked by the host. The contestants' trade items for what’s behind the doors in hopes to win more valuable prizes or possibly something less valuable.

Wipeout (1988)

In this game show involving both knowledge and skill, contestants are challenged to bid against each other and the audience measures their accuracy.
