Bull Run

Bullrun is a reality television series based on the trans-American road rally of the same name. 12 teams compete in a 4,000-mile (6,400 km) 18-day road rally to win the grand prize of US$200,000. Bullrun uses a modified 12-car rally format.

A dating show hosted by Thea Andrews where three contestants battle to win the heart of the mystery date by preparing an impromptu dish to impress the myster date. The chosen cook gets a date with the mystery date.

Dog Eat Dog

Brooke Burns of Baywatch hosts this weekly one-hour, in-studio game show that combines extreme stunts and outrageous dares with smarts and strategy. The six players first spend a day undergoing various tests of intellect and brawn to judge each others' strengths and weaknesses. The next day, they gather on the elaborate stage to see if the "top dog" will walk away with $25,000 or if the other five players will split that amount amongst themselves.

European Open

Catch the action from the heats of this tournament held in Maidstore, with a first prize of $125,000. World Open Champion Pippa Flanders, the only woman in this event, is looking to pick up her second major title.

Intercontinental Poker Championships

A poker tournament featuring professional poker players representing various nations. 21 players compete in the inaugural event, which was taped at the Palms Hotel and Casino.

Jokes on Us

The show pitts two contestants against each other. Each take turns listening to a joke told by one member of the panel, while the other panel members each deliver a different punchline to the joke. The contestant has to determine which of the punchlines was the original punchline to the joke. The player with the most points at the end of this round wins the game and $250.

Just Like Mom

Filmed in Studio 1 at CFTO-TV in Toronto and hosted by the husband-and-wife duo of sportscaster Fergie Oliver and Catherine Swing, Just Like Mom was one of the 1980s most popular Canadian game shows. The object of the game; to determine via a series of questions and a bake-off, how well mother and child knew each other. The team with the most points at the end of the game, was given the opportunity to spin the prize wheel and hopefully win a trip to Disney World!

Two contestants of the same sex compete against each other, facing a panel of three members of the opposite sex. Each game alternates between men "chasing" women and women chasing men. The two "eager rivals" compete to capture the whole panel, who do their best to avoid capture.

Matchplay Darts

A yearly darts tournament. The difference between this and other darts tournaments is that there is no deciding leg - players must win by two clear legs. The first round is usually played over the first to 10 legs, but if the score reaches 9-9, play continues until either player gains a 2 leg lead.

Poker Den The Big Game 2007

Filmed during a single 24-hour continuous cash game at the Poker Den in east London. Featured players include Phil Hellmuth, Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott, Liz Lieu, Juha Helppi, Kenna 'Cowboy' James, and Roland de Wolfe. Conflicts between Poker Den regulars and certain name players like Tony G over seats at the table added to the game's already tense atmosphere. As always, Hellmuth commands much attention. Those who enjoy watching the 'Poker Brat' suffer through trying moments - will likely be satisfied by this Poker Den performance. Jesse May, the U.K.'s "Voice of Poker," leads the commentary for the entire session, with Irish poker pro Padraig Parkinson adding humor and insight.

Poker Million

The Poker Million is a major European poker tournament. It is held annually in England. Sponsored professionals compete against qualifiers from Ladbrokes online poker site.

Sports Star Challenge II

Sports Star Challenge brings together players from six different sports for six heats of poker play leading up to the final table. Football, rugby, cricket, boxing, darts and snooker will each be represented by six players from each sport. Each sport will have its own heat with the winner getting a seat at the final table. Last season's champion, rugby player Austin Healey, returns to defend his title along with Matt Dawson and other rugby players. The footballers taking part include Ray Parlour, Tony Cascarino and Norman Whiteside. Phil Taylor and Raymond Van Barneveld are two of the darts players selected to play, and the cricket table will include Ed Giddins, Phil Tuffnel and Rob Key. The snooker table will see legends such as Steve Davis, Willie Thorn and Matthew Stevens. Sure to be a hard-hitting table, the boxing world will be represented by Jim Watt, Dave 'Boy' McAuley and GlenMcCrory among others.

Supermarket Sweep

The premise of the show involves teams of two contestants, one of whom would run about a supermarket filling carts with groceries. The team securing the largest cash total worth of groceries won the game and was given a chance to win an additional $5000 in case.

Test Pattern

Featuring Canadian musicians who were prominent in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Dan Gallagher hosts the program. The show is a point-based contest in which contestants throw a fake brick at tic-tac-toe style board revealing different challenges. Several prize items are awarded, the 'grand prize' being the official Test Pattern Two-Slice Toaster.

The Mad Dash

Features a huge game board with contestants landing on squares that could reward or penalize their team. The show features questions and stunts, making it one of the most memorable game show series produced in Canada.

The Mole

Players in The Mole must work together to complete various physical and mental challenges to build up a significant cash prize for the winner. One of them, however, is "the Mole," a double agent hired by the producers to sabotage the efforts of the group. The Mole must be careful to avoid drawing suspicion. Using journals, players must track vast amounts of minutiae about the person(s) they suspect of being the Mole, such as seating positions, clothing colors, minor discussion topics, and so on. The quiz at the end of each episode tests players' knowledge of the Mole, and determines by lowest score (or slowest time, in the event of a tie) who is eliminated from the game.

The Next Line

A 1990s television game show. Hosted by Kevin Frank and Kathy Morse, it centered around viewing classic movie clips that were cut off at a point and then determining which of a pabek if 'experts' gave the correct line that followed.

The Ultimate Gambler

Comedian and professional gambler Cole Parker has been given £15,000 to put his life on hold and try his luck as a professional gambler - punting every last penny in gambling dens around the world. Will he come back a member of the jet set? Or will he be heading back to his day job? This entertaining British series documents the ultimate gamble.

Hosted by Sheldon Turcott, it features questions based on decades in history.

Treasure Hunters

Teams travel across the United States and around the world in search of seven "artifacts" which when assembled will "lead to the key. Find the key, and find the treasure." The challenges and puzzles are spliced with American history, and the ultimate goal is to find a hidden treasure, leading the show to be compared on various occasions to the film National Treasure. The value of the treasure in the series was revealed on the season finale to be $3,000,000.

World Cup of Poker

An annual poker tournament that starts with 46 teams, each consististing of five players, from 39 different countries, who compete in a series of poker tournaments. The teams are separated into eight regional groups, with each group competing for a spot at the finals where they play for $200,000 in cash prizes. It is a round robin tournament in which each team in a group plays each other team to determine who advances.

World Matchplay Darts

The best dart players in the world compete for a prize pool of $150,000.

World Open III

The PartyPoker.net World Open III, held at the 3 Mills Studios in East London features 72 of the World's top players all battling it out for the $200,000 first prize. For the first time in the event's history all four members of the Hendon Mob will take part.
